The Teatro Real de Madrid has become the first coliseum in the world to return to the stage after the global hiatus produced as a consequence of the "Covid19" pandemic. With musical direction by Nicola Luisotti and Luis Méndez Chaves, and scenic by Leo Castaldi, no less than five casts have alternated to offer, during the month of July, "La Traviata" and under exemplary and strict sanitary measures for the public and artists, proving that Culture is ready to return. Luis Cansino, who was already included in the original casts, has thus been able to play Giorgio Germont throughout 7 of the 27 scheduled performances, becoming the first Spanish baritone to sing a leading role in the world after almost four months.
